Starting March 11th services that use Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) will require CalNet 2-Step Authentication.
Examples of software include CalShare and Microsoft 365.
Users will be prompted to 2-Step after logging in with their CalNet credentials. 2-Step verification has already been implemented on a variety of campus platforms to provide an additional layer of security.
